Role: Survey Operations Analyst
Pay rate: £300 to £350 per day (PAYE - Inside IR35) + Holiday pay
Location: Central London - hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
Start: Immediate
Expected duration: 9 Months (May extend)

They are looking for a Survey Operations Analyst with a passion for creativity, and innovative ideas to join their team to join their global research and operations team.
Responsibilities

• Support programming, QA, sampling, and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages
• Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers across global panels to support translations tasks and processes
• Develop a deep understanding of the business's partners research needs and create impactful testing strategies
• Drive excellence in customer engagement and retention policies

The Global Research and Operations team is responsible for:

• Leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates
• Drives customer obsessed solutions to custom testing strategies
• Develops visual reporting tools used by cross-team stakeholders
• Partners across multiple teams to deep dive into customer data

Requirements

• 1-4 years of professional non-internship experience (marketing, Consumer Insights, or project management)
• Experience in deploying, programming and/or writing surveys
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyse data
• Proficiency in English, and one of: French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Italian, or Dutch, is a plus
• Enthusiasm for film and television production and programming
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in the market research field
• Experience with Qualtrics (highly desirable).
• Experience translating complex data sets into clear and compelling written narratives
• Strong presentation skills specifically speaking about research methodologies and findings
• Understanding of basic statistics
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, SPSS, Tableau
