Surveying Data Validator

We are proud to be partnering with a global real estate company, who are looking to appoint a Surveying Data Validator on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position based in Surrey, with five days expected in the officed and a salary between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have stock condition surveying experience having knowledge of RdSap would be advantageous.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Utilise knowledge of stock condition surveying projects to organise contracts and surveyors on the job

• Input, analyse and extract data from Microsoft Excel spreadsheets

• Deal with queries from Surveyors, residents, management and clients promptly and efficiently

• Send out letters to residents and stakeholders and deal with all liaison for multiple projects

• Use excellent social and organisational skills to ensure projects are completed smoothly, with minor delays and high efficiency

Experience required:

• Experience conducting stock condition surveys

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Skilled in using excel and preferably Access

• Knowledge of RdSap
