We are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association based in Wiltshire who are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position, offering 3 days of homeworking and an annual salary of £34,500.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing an advisory service across a wide range of employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinaries and grievance
- Coaching managers throughout the whole ER process to ensure compliance, thoroughness, transparency and fairness
- Preparing the template letters, scripts, documents and notes to support ER cases
- Supporting managers through the recruitment and selection process
- Delivering the HR aspect of inductions for any new starters across the organisation
- Upskilling managers and coaching them to take ownership of people related issues
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Previous experience advising on Employee Relations issues
- Has knowledge of employment legislation and case law
- Experienced in Change management
- Has previously used HR Systems
