Hr Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our busy, ambitious and friendly HR team on a permanent basis, working 34 hours a week (days and hours to be mutually agreed).

You will work in partnership with a range of business areas included, housing, support, care and central services to deliver operational priorities and our People Plan.

We are embracing hybrid working, you will have the ability to work from home and will attend our sites for interactive working and to build positive working relationships.

What you'll do

You’ll be a true HR generalist, working closely with our managers across the organisation to provide advice and guidance on the full remit of HR management, including employee relations, change management and colleague engagement.

You’ll build strong relationships with our managers, offering coaching and guidance to develop their people management skills and best practice.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role you will have experience of providing generalist HR advice in line with our people policies, employment law and best practice.

You’ll have strong communication and organisation skills and you’ll be able to adapt your priorities in a dynamic working environment. You’ll be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.

You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or have equivalent experience.

You will be able to travel flexibly to our sites across south Wales.
