A highly successful independent property consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Property Management Surveyor at Surveyor, or Senior Surveyor level within their Bristol office.

So where will you be working and what's in it for you?
Office located in Bristol with easy access to local amenities yet convenient to major road and rail routes into the city. Large city parks, cafes, shops and restaurants/pubs nearby.
Great opportunity to establish yourself with a growing independent firm with a large Bristol team of experts working together.
The team are well respected in the industry, so you have a chance to work with some of the best people in the field supported by a team of experienced Facilities Managers, Property Administrators, Graduate Surveyors, and Service Charge Accountants.
Predominantly a single client portfolio of multi-let office properties located throughout the UK in which you will be responsible for the largely independent day to day running. This will involve review and enforcement of tenant lease covenant compliance, setting, managing and reporting on annual maintenance and service charge budgets.
Use of the latest commercial Property Management software, such as TRAMPS and YARDI system.
Excellent cross over with other teams within the business such as investment, occupational agency, lease consultancy and building consultancy.
Friendly and sociable office and company culture with regular activities together and a modern approach to working style with hybrid working the norm.
Very good contacts within the Property Management sector and throughout the Bristol property market and beyond. Active members of networking organisations, professional development and business groups.

Candidate
Must have proven commercial Property Management experience ideally working for a commercial property consultancy with business space properties.
