Join our dynamic team as we now expand our Chinese menu to include Sushi and Classic Japanese dishes.

Are you passionate about sushi and looking to develop your career with a growing independent brand!

We would love to hear from experienced Sushi Chefs who are use to running their own Sushi section.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of sushi preparation and service.

- Prepare sushi ingredients, including cutting fish, rolling sushi, and creating decorative presentations.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and a passion for Japanese cuisine, and any previous experience working in a sushi restaurant or with Asian food would be welcomed;

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Willingness to learn and take direction from our Senior Sushi Chef.

We will offer a competitive wage based on your experience, and will be discussed at the interview stage in detail - but as an ideal - wages will be between £14 to £17 an hour including tips.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £14.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
