SUSTAINABILITY ANALYST
Our client are a Yorkshire based, leading fresh food producer, providing high quality food products into all major retailers including M&S, Tesco and Asda. Due to their ambitious sustainability strategy commitments, they wish to appoint a Sustainability Analyst to join their young and passionate sustainability team.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Senior Sustainability Manager you will:
- Develop and own the reporting and disclosure strategy and climate risk reporting framework
- Manage ESG data collection and reporting framework, ensuring alignment with targets and commitments
- Become the expert on reporting requirements, keeping senior management informed of mandatory and evolving regulations
- Produce and manage ESG and climate-related disclosures, including TCFD, SBTi, and CDP
- Respond to investor ESG disclosure and identify opportunities to improve ESG scores
- Oversee information requests for the Annual Report & Accounts and ensure compliance with policies
- Support customer-specific requirements such as greenhouse gas emissions and food waste reporting
Required skills and qualifications:
- Degree level qualification or equivalent
- Essential sustainability reporting experience
- Desirable experience in policy and procedure development
- Experience in producing external stakeholder ESG and climate disclosure reports
- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Potential for hybrid working
- Base location flexible in either South Yorkshire or East Yorkshire
- Up to £50,000 + benefits
