Sustainability Analyst

Our client, a global insurance company in the City of London, seeks an individual who is passionate about sustainability. As part of a growing team, the role will span a broad range of responsibilities. You will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the Company and key responsibilities will include conducting sophisticated research on sustainability standards and market trends which will include evaluating the Company's performance against industry benchmarks, monitoring sustainability initiatives and identifying areas for improvement, compiling and analysing internal data for carbon accounting, managing ESG Rater relationships, considering new sustainability initiatives and memberships that align with the Company's strategy.
Ideally you will hold a degree or equivalent with evidence of project work or academic research related to sustainability topics and/or experience in a related discipline. You will be a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills and will have a keen interest in sustainability within the Financial Services sector.
