I have an opportunity to join as a Sustainability Manager with a top brand in the London Insurance market. This role is to support the Head of Sustainability in the implementation of sustainability strategy, engaging with different functions across the business as well as external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead TCFD and CSRD reporting development.
- Create ESG metric and target management framework.
- Support internal and external ESG reporting.
- Utilize external data services for transition planning and ESG assessments.
- Foster internal ESG awareness and sustainable culture.
- Assist in identifying and managing climate-related risks.
- Identify climate-related opportunities in collaboration with the Head of Sustainability (HOS).
- Engage with external partners and collaborations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Non-life insurance sector experience, preferably in ESG or risk management.
- Strong grasp of ESG principles and evolving directives, with TCFD reporting experience as a plus.
- Effective organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in concise report writing.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and influence.
- Demonstrates initiative and can work independently or collaboratively.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Flexible, adaptable, and a team player.
- Committed to sustainable values and ongoing sustainability education.
