As our Sustainability Reporting and Disclosure Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sustainability narrative. You'll be at the forefront of managing our Reporting and Disclosure strategy, ensuring transparency and accountability in our sustainability efforts.
Main duties include (but not limited to):
· Develop and own Cranswick’s Reporting and Disclosures strategy, including climate risk reporting framework.
· Create and manage our ESG data collection and reporting framework, monitoring performance and reporting against targets.
· Stay ahead of evolving reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with shareholder, regulatory, and legislative demands.
· Produce and manage ESG and climate-related disclosures, including TCFD, SBTi, and CDP.
· Respond to investor ESG disclosure requests and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Manage information requests for Annual Report & Accounts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
· Keep policies up to date to meet evolving mandatory requirements and investor expectations.
· Stay informed about future reporting requirements such as TNFD, SBTi FLAG, SBTN, CSRD, EUDR, etc.
· Support customer-specific requirements like greenhouse gas emissions and energy use reporting.
Requirements, experience and person specification
· Degree level qualification or equivalent.
· Essential experience in Sustainability Reporting.
· Desirable experience in policy and procedure development.
· Experience in producing external stakeholder ESG and climate disclosure reports.
· Excellent communication and influencing skills.
· Ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
