Working hours will be 9am-3pm Monday-Thursday (although there is flexibility around working days).
What the role involves:
- To work with all level of swimmers
- To coach in an exciting way so as to nurture a love of swimming for everyone who uses the pool
- To build good working relationships with staff members and parent volunteers
- To contribute to maintaining a culture of effective safeguarding
Who we are looking for:
- Swimming teacher qualification – level 2 or higher
- A team player
- A desire to coach children
- The ability to use a range of techniques to maximise pupil progress across a range of abilities
- A sense of fun
