Adecco are looking to appoint a professional and friendly Switchboard Operator to cover a busy switchboard. Applicants will need to be confident and self motivated. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and appointing them to the appropriate person/department within the business. You will need to assist with queries in an accurate and timely manner and to be responsive in addressing customer's needs and proactively ensure that all calls are answered in line with SLA's.
You will strive to provide the highest level of Customer Service to both internal and external customers and be an ambassador for the Organisation. Working as part of a team, to provide high quality day to day support to enable a successful service delivery. This is a 6 month FTC. Full time working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. Immediate start can be offered.
