Southdown are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic and adaptable individual to play a key role in Southdown's Digital Solutions Team. The Database Administrator (HR) will ensure that we maximise the potential of the HR database and provide secure access and management of staff information. The system holds HR, training and payroll data and is essential to the operation of the organisation You'll have the opportunity to work with the Digital Solutions Programme Manager in the ongoing development of the system in support of Southdown Digital Strategy for, and to collaborate with our other system coordinators. We currently use iTrent (from MHR) but will migrate to a new HRIS within the next 3 years.
