Salary: £37,470 - £41,810 + Excellent Benefits

The Role:
As a Systems Administrator, you will function as the HRIS Systems Administrator, overseeing user accounts, role profiles, and permissions.
Responsibilities:
-Resolve system faults and interface issues, collaborating with external partners.
-Design and implement HRIS development requests aligning with strategic goals.
-Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HRIS configuration and functionality.
-Ensure proper testing, documentation, and communication of new or revised functionality.
-Stay informed about legislative changes impacting HRIS usage and implement them.
-Maintain data standards, including adherence to data protection regulations.
-Deliver training and training materials as required.
Requirements:
-Previously worked as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
-Knowledge of configuring and supporting databases.
-Familiarity with HR legislation and best practices.
-Understanding of computer usage legislation, with a focus on data protection.
-Skilled in administering databases, encompassing role configuration, permissions, security, and forms.
-Capable in mapping and constructing workflows.
-Familiarity with Power BI and reporting tools. (Desirable)
-Skilled in ICT service management and knowledge of project management best practices (e.g., ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile). (Desirable)
-Competent in utilising the Microsoft 365 Platform, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Apps.
