Job Scope:
* Work with other Implementation Team members to perform all aspects of SA&D tasks, including but not limited to, collecting user requirements, system analysis and design, documentation, conducting System Acceptance Tests,
* Providing support to the customer during the User Acceptance Tests, and performing production rollout for the system.
* Process hands-on experience for web-based application system(s) or call centre application system(s) system implementation.
Basic Requirements:
* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science with at least 5 years IT experiences that covers one or more of the following areas (viz., functional/specialty experience) :
* Conducting analysis, design and implementation of application systems.
* Producing system specifications ;
* Enduring conformance of software packages with user requirements;
* Conducting system testing; and
* Conducting system installation and server maintenance; and
* At least 3 years of the above-mentioned functional/speciality experience shall have related to the implementation of an IT system which was web-based, for human resource management and possessing business intelligence tool ("relevant IT experience")
* At least one IT system as mentioned in above was implemented using the agile software development approach each with a project duration of not less than 12 months.
* Good command of English and Chinese writing, and presentation skills
