System Trainer

We are in search of a creative Trainer to contribute to the training implementation of SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding for our successful client. The Trainer will collaborate with the Training Lead in developing comprehensive training materials, conducting training sessions covering system functionalities and procedural aspects, delivering relevant soft skills training, and providing support to employees during the go-live phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive user guides for both on-system and off-system activities in classroom sessions.
• Create eLearning materials for post-training access and support for new starters.
• Conduct training sessions on SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding, including associated processes.
• Deliver soft skills training to enhance recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Evaluate employee performance, providing reports to line managers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare learning materials for training programs, supporting learners in integrating new systems and processes into their daily activities, and encouraging them on their change journey.

Key Skills:

• Prior trainer experience, with demonstrated skills in developing training materials like user guides, process guides, and quick reference documents.
• Proven experience in delivering systems training and soft skills training.
• Effective communication skills tailored to various learning styles, with the ability to adapt training styles for diverse learners.
• Strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently, enabling preparation, delivery, and feedback for multiple training sessions across consecutive days.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Milton Keynes for onsite classroom training, along with a suitable home workspace for delivering virtual training sessions.
• Desirable knowledge or experience in recruitment processes, SuccessFactors recruitment and onboarding, SAP Enable Now, and understanding the change cycle and its impact on employees.
