This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join a thriving team focused within the area of Practice Management Systems (PMS) and Workflow. You will be required to provide technical knowledge and support relating to the companies (PMS), associated financial systems and any integrations with other systems upon which the PMS is dependent on.
About you: You will be self-motivated, highly organized and can multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines. You will have strong interpersonal and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleague's possessing strong stakeholder management.
This role requires applications support experience including working on projects and/or system upgrades with knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and business operations.
Technical skills and experience required.
- Experience of the Aderant stack (Aderant PMS, Aderant Expert Time)
- Chrome River
- Proactis or similar procurement systems.
- Arcs2G
- Ebilling Hub
- MSSQL Server, TSQL scripting
Advantageous Skills and Experience.
• Experience of working in a professional services environment • BPM / low code development environments (UIPath/Power Automate) • IntApp suite of products • Experience with ERP, CRM, BI, or other enterprise systems
