What You Will Be Doing:

• Maintenance Calls: Respond to maintenance calls, both on-site and by telephone, directed by team coordinators.
• Fault Rectification: Resolve all faults on the first visit whenever possible, within your control.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct a rolling program of preventative maintenance visits.
• Configuration Management: Collect and record site configuration information.
• Stock Maintenance: Manage and maintain car stock (spares) levels.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate and timely records of all activities.
• Project Commissioning: Commission small projects when required.
• Quality Audits: Ensure audits are carried out for quality procedures.
• Training: Provide training to customers and colleagues as required.
• Additional Tasks: Carry out any additional tasks as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Previous electrical mechanical experience.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience of installing and servicing access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems.
• Fire Alarm Systems: Experience servicing fire alarm systems, ideally GENT based.
• Qualifications: IT qualification and/or Electrical/Electronic qualification.
• IT Knowledge: Broad technical IT knowledge, including installing various Windows Operating Systems and networking.
• Electrical Principals: Knowledge of basic electrical principles, such as measuring voltage and current drain.
• Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail for accurate paperwork completion and adherence to procedures.
• Team Player: Enthusiastic team player who works well under pressure with a professional approach.
