REPORTS TO: Head of Finance & ICT
SALARY: Points 44-48, £41, 285 - £45, 112
DEPARTMENT: Finance and Business Support
LOCATION: Central Office, Belfast
HOURS OF WORK: 35 hours per week
JOB PURPOSE: The ICT Manager is chiefly responsible for the day-to-day management and functionality of organisational IT and telephony systems and advising on the development of ICT systems and solutions for all services.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
1. Relevant IT or Business related third level qualification with technical components.
2. Lead responsibility/experience of managing more than one IT contract.
3. Three years’ recent, proven experience of achieving results in an IT Technical environment to include:
- Software Application Management
- Contract Management
- Quarterly Reporting
- Competence in Microsoft Packages including Microsoft Office Suite
- Data Protection
4. Valid driving license and access to a car to undertake duties associated with the role.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
1. Experience of working within the third sector
2. Relevant qualification and five years’ experience in an IT environment which supports an organisation of more than 100 staff.
3. Proven understanding of Data Protection Act.
4. Formal project management experience and corresponding qualifications, for example PRINCE.
