Job Title: Systems Support Analyst

Location: Romford

Hours: 9am-5pm (Hybrid working)

Join our client, a leading insurance company, as a Systems Support Analyst based in Romford! As part of their dynamic system development team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, designing, developing, and testing software to enhance the functionality of their OPEN GI applications. This role is for subject matter expert in OPEN GI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our client's team to identify areas for improvement and provide innovative solutions to reduce costs and optimise processes.
• Deliver outstanding outcomes for customers by putting their interests first and providing exceptional support.
• Monitor and maintain key business applications.
• Design and develop software enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
• Engage in development projects with various departments and stakeholders.
• Document system developments and processes to ensure effective knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical support on applications to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• MUST have OPEN GI experience
