Are you experienced in IT System Support environments, looking to gain more responsibility?
With full ownership of IT systems, you can really put your stamp on the service being delivered to clients. You will set the tone by acting as the first point of contact for any system issues, communicating regularly with direct Vendors and reporting back updates to the business.
You may have experience within a similar setting, taking ownership of few systems with upgrades, trend analysis, and improvements off the back of this.
Working closely with the Support Desk team, you will be able to communicate effectively and quickly identify the route cause to fix or escalate when needed.
We re looking for
- Experience working with Care/Healthcare systems (desirable)
- Previous System Analyst/System Admin experience (desirable)
- Proven experience working within an IT Support/Helpdesk/IT Analyst position
- Strong communication between internal parties and direct Vendors. You will be exposed to stakeholders up and down the business, regularly reporting issues and updates
Location Colchester, Essex based office. Hybrid working

Salary - GBP40,000 - GBP45,000
