Their growth rate is rising and for this reason we are looking for a recruiter who will support Talent Acquisition for the next 12 months in France or the UK.
Responsibilities:- Management of entire recruitment process from job posting to placement for France and Benelux or Italy and UK.
- Recruit roles of various levels and build up Key Account Management teams for your region.
- Provide strategic advice to hiring managers in recruitment challenges or opportunities.
- Provide a positive candidate experience & effectively communicate the organization's values and culture
- Optimize recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency & effectiveness.
Experience:- BA degree in HR, Business Admin or a related field
- 4 - 6 years Life Science in house recruitment experience
- English, French or Italian fluency
