You’ll deliver recruitment solutions to ensure that the most relevant, high quality internal and external candidates are identified and selected for current and future roles. The role reports into the Lead TA Business Partner who is accountable for overall delivery of the business function.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Deliver the functional end to end recruitment and selection strategy & developing effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Responsible for the effective delivery of entire candidate journey
- Facilitate high quality service delivery aligned to the strategic objectives of the resourcing Centre of Excellence
- Utilise fully all relevant recruitment systems and associated technology to support productivity and reporting
- Know and apply a comprehensive range of candidate attraction and selection methods to identify, assess and select high quality internal and external talent
- Champion employer brand initiatives
- Provide market insight and intelligence to evolve and shape the resourcing plan
- Take ownership of and ensure compliance through each stage of the recruitment process
- Communicating and supporting stakeholders & HM throughout the recruitment process
- Attend Open days and recruitment talent fairs to engage future talent and promote company brand.
You will need:
- Proven experience of the tools, techniques, and approaches to deliver recruitment needs for the business
- Experience of providing positive candidate experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, providing a consultative service and challenging where appropriate
- Agency or in-house experience would be suitable
