SalaryWe are currently looking for a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can start asap for a role likely to last until the end of May.
Our client are city centre based and looking for someone who can recruit volume roles and very much hit the ground running.
• Recruiting volume roles and assisting with candidate recruitment days / assessment centres.
• Writing up job descriptions and adverts.
• Interviewing, screening, and giving feedback.
• Sourcing candidates using a variety of recruitment platforms.
• Coordinating the recruitment process.
• Inputting data and maintaining the candidate ATS system.
We are looking for a candidate who has previous inhouse recruitment experience who is able to work end to end recruitment, from creating job adverts to interviews to making offers. If you have any former experience in volume recruitment and recruitment assessment days that is an advantage.
We do need someone who worked very well as part of a team, good system knowledge and someone who can work well to deadlines and flexible around the needs of the business (recruitment assessments running into the evening for instance)
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm – salary is up to £28,000pa temp equiv plus holiday pay.
Hybrid model of working after initial training.
