Job description

We’re looking for a proactive individual with experience recruiting within an in-house environment to join our delivery-focused Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis until the end of May.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for coordinating the hiring process from beginning to end, supporting our match day volume recruitment and entry level posts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a real passion for recruitment and can hit the ground running.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the match day volume recruitment process supporting assessment centres and attending open days and careers fairs when required.
  • Building effective relationships with specific business areas and hiring managers to support the recruitment of entry level roles.
  • Coordinating the end-to-end candidate experience to create a positive and engaging proposition for current and potential employees.
  • Writing and posting job advertisements on career websites and job boards.
  • Sourcing candidates by using CV databases and LinkedIn.
  • Evaluating and screening applications; conducting phone interviews where appropriate.
  • Organising and assisting selection processes.
  • Providing recruitment administration support to the wider Talent Acquisition team.
  • Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of information related to candidates and vacancies using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

?Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you will have experience in a recruitment administration or coordination role within an in-house environment. You will be able to demonstrate experience of supporting high volume vacancies and ideally have experience of the casual recruitment process.

You will have experience of using a range of direct attraction channels and technology for resourcing and have a good understanding of candidate screening and selection processes. With your strong administration skills, you can work accurately under pressure and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.

You will have strong IT skills including MS Office Suite and experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems. You will have good knowledge of legislation relating to the recruitment process. 

We’re looking for someone who is results driven with good organisation and planning skills, excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build strong working relationships both internally & externally.

You will be an effective team player who is able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.

This is a full-time temporary role up until the end of May 2024 working 35 hours per week.  The role will be based between our Chapel Street office in Liverpool City Centre and Anfield Stadium.  We also offer the opportunity to work hybrid, depending on business needs.
