I am exclusively working with a client in the Sailsbury area who is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their dynamic and growing organisation. You will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to a designated business unit, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
You will also act as a coach and advisor to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, such as talent management, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and organisational change.
You will be responsible for:
- The full employee lifecycle, including supporting payroll
- Handling ER Cases
- Implementing the Service Delivery model
- 2 direct reports
- Supporting with Payroll for new employees and leavers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Hold a CIPD Level 5 (Minimum)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR generalist or business partner role
- A strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders & managers at all levels
- A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
- A high level of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
