Working 37hrs, this role will be working from home and you will be required to work on campus as/when required

Paying £19.28ph, equates to £37,099pa

They are looking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Executiveto join their Resource Hub. This is an opportunity to join the team as they continue to progress on their journey to transform the recruitment service. This summer they will be launching a new recruitment and onboarding functionality within the Success Factors system and require additional capacity to support with recruitment campaign management leading up to the new system implementation.

You will successfully manage a wide variety of innovative recruitment campaigns and projects aligned to their core values (responsive, innovative, and inclusive) and the strategic goals of the organisation.

A trusted and credible recruiter, you will provide expert insight and support to hiring managers and a high touch candidate experience. Proactively identifying, attracting, assessing, and nurturing leading and diverse talent through to a successful hire.

Duties:

Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in allocated Units/Faculties/areas to ensure they receive a first-class service.

Responsibility for driving direct applications, proactively sourcing candidates and being an advocate of The Open University brand; Liaising and managing external third-party suppliers, where applicable. Ensuring they provide the best service and meet all SLAs as per their contract with The Open University.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience of using initiative and advising on a variety of resourcing campaigns and selection procedures in collaboration with stakeholders and 3rd party agencies.
• Proven experience of advising, influencing, and managing multiple stakeholders (hiring managers, third party agencies, candidates, external panel members).
• Proven experience to work towards strategic objectives through recruitment, including meeting equality, diversity and inclusion targets.
