We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage the senior, corporate and consultancy recruitment within this professional services consultancy across 13 international locations.   

This varied role would take ownership of the acquisition of external talent along with identifying and enabling the promotion of internal talent. It will focus on developing and providing a service that meets the current and future needs of the business, through improvement initiatives such as automated on-boarding for example.

This is a hands-on role with international focus within a values-based organisation.   

Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Manager will work with the reward manager on pay, reward and benefits and support on grading frameworks. They will have strong commerciality and work on various projects such as the implementation and development of a new ATS system. They will support managers on succession planning, organisation structure and have approval over the ATR (authority to recruit) requests to ensure they are robust enough and justifiable to the SMT.

Talent Acquisition Manager Experience

This role is very fast paced with multiple priorities to juggle and manage and would suit a calm, collected and confident person with excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal person will be a self-starter and have excellent attention to detail. This is a varied role, with lots of stakeholder management as the ‘go to’ person for all recruitment activity and would be great for somebody who enjoys a mix of hands-on operational as well as strategic and transformation in-house recruitment work. Previous experience of managing high volume in-house recruitment and direct sourcing is essential as well as experience of developing and improving talent attraction initiatives and channels across international jurisdictions. Previous people management experience required.

Location

Their modern office is based in Oxford City Centre with excellent transport links very nearby. There is no onsite parking available.

This role is full-time, permanent. You will need to be in the Oxford office at least twice a week. You will need to be local to Oxford and have full right to work in the UK. 

40 hours per week. 9:00 – 5:30pm with flexible working.
