Oxfordshire - Hybrid role (c.1/2 days per week Oxfordshire)

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop a Talent Acquisition strategy in a Technology business with strong values?

Our client, a medium sized Technology business, is looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and lead the Talent Acquisition strategy, to deliver against their key strategic priorities. The role is broad and will encompass both sourcing and assessment of talent, building a strong employment brand and leading resourcing projects. We are looking for an individual who can focus their ability and knowledge to increase diversity, technical skills and capabilities in line with business priorities and deliver longer term strategic technical requirements.

Reporting to the HR Director, this is a challenging and interesting role, where you will manage a small team of Recruitment specialists and be a key member of the HR team, responsible for the implementation of the talent strategy, ensuring the delivery of an innovative talent attraction strategy as well as leading on employer branding and talent pipeline activity, to support business objectives and targets. You will also be responsible for the entire recruitment process, requiring a hands-on, pragmatic approach, as well as the strategic insight to deliver a progressive Talent Acquisition approach from direct sourcing of candidates to the procurement and management of third-party suppliers as well as driving the social media presence for the business from a talent perspective. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating assessment methodologies that select the best talent, which is able to support a changing organisation.

This is a delivery-focused role, which allows strategic input and the requirement to deliver operational efficiencies, to enhance and drive forward a ‘skills-based approach’ and high performing culture. You will ensure their employee value proposition is powerful to attract a diverse candidate pipeline and positive candidate experience whilst leading a progressive and inclusive approach which contributes to building organizational capabilities.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally be an experienced Resourcing expert with a proven track record of delivering resourcing solutions within fast-paced Tech businesses, at both an operational and strategic level, enabling continuous improvement. Commercially astute with experience of change management and Resourcing team leadership, you will have built a reputation for delivering results, supported by the confidence and tenacity to motivate and engage internal Stakeholders. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required.
