Responsibilities: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Drafting/Negotiating Leases: Utilise your legal expertise to draft and negotiate leases that align with our clients' needs.
* Acquisitions: Oversee the legal aspects of property acquisitions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Refinances: Handle legal matters related to property refinancing transactions.
* Development: Play a crucial role in facilitating property development projects, navigating legal complexities.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
* Ideally, possess experience in Commercial Property. However, candidates with residential property experience and some commercial knowledge are encouraged to apply.
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Location: Brighton
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm (Hybrid after 3 months)
