PageGroup are supporting a large, highly successful manufacturing organisation based in Birmingham with the appointment of a Talent Acquisition Manager to join a busy department.
This role offers flexible/hybrid working, circa 2-3 days per week in the office
Description
The role of Talent Acquisition Manager is a very exciting and progressive role allowing fantastic opportunities for career development.
You will take full responsibility for managing and developing a first class Talent Acquisition department within this highly successful organisation - this will involve overseeing all recruitment activities and working with the Senior Management Team on the overall Talent Acquisition strategy and projects.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Management of the Talent Acquisition team
- Ensure the team offer a first-class recruitment service to all stakeholders
- Work closely with the SLT to develop and implement a Talent Acquisition strategy
- Take lead on Talent Acquisition projects such as employer branding, EVP, ED&I strategy, talent succession planning and many others
- Build excellent stakeholder relationships around the group
- Management of PSL and external agency relationships
Profile
Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar role.
You will have previously managed a team and have a proven track record at delivering Talent Acquisition projects and implementing a Talent Acquisition strategy.
