Inhouse and Talent Acquisition Manager

Role
The role of the Inhouse and Talent Acquisition Manager /Recruitment Manager is to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, driving external hires to completion and managing stakeholder relationships. As a Talent Acquisition Manager and Inhouse recruiter you will be responsible for implementing strategies to pipeline future talent and plan for future needs /growth of the business. This is a key advisory role, working closely with senior leaders on external talent, search and selection strategies,diversity& inclusion.
As an Inhouse and Talent Acquisition Manager you will
- Lead meetings with senior stakeholders about future growth and immediate business role requirements
- Take in depth briefs with line manager to execute research and start the recruitment search.
- Update and improve the current ATS and recruitment processes to improve the search. Use social media, job boards LinkedIn, internal referrals and all publicly available resources to find premium talent.
- Lead on candidate engagement and relationship management, effectively promoting the companies brand awareness, vision and values
- Whilst conducting search and selection ensure that a robust assessment process is in place. Make any necessary improvements if required.
- Manage candidates through to offer, acceptance and onboarding
- Liaise with stakeholders on competitive offers and smooth onboarding
- Liaise directly with the candidates on rewards and benefits offer negotiation.
- Manage and lead negations with external preferred supplies (recruitment agencies and universities)
- Track progress and record data to generate talent pools and safeguard future pipelines.
- Managing wider pipelining/succession projects.
- Regular progress reports in person and update reports to stakeholders .
Requirement
- This role could suit an experienced and proven recruitment consultant experienced in commercial, call centre , contact centre and professional services roles that is seeking a move away from agency recruitment .
- Inhouse and Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for high volume and professional recruitment and experienced in some occasional complex roles.
- Articulate and engaging style to engage with all levels of candidates and stakeholders
