Inhouse and Talent Acquisition ManagerLocationEast Midlands (Hybrid min requirement 2/3 days office)RoleThe role of the Inhouse and Talent Acquisition Manager /Recruitment Manager is to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, driving external hires to completion and managing stakeholder relationships. As a Talent Acquisition Manager and Inhouse recruiter you will be responsible for implementing strategies to pipeline future talent and plan for future needs /growth of the business. This is a key advisory role, working closely with senior leaders on external talent, search and selection strategies,diversity& inclusion.As an Inhouse and Talent Acquisition Manager you will* Lead meetings with senior stakeholders about future growth and immediate business role requirements* Take in depth briefs with line manager to execute research and start the recruitment search.* Update and improve the current ATS and recruitment processes to improve the search. Use social media, job boards LinkedIn, internal referrals and all publicly available resources to find premium talent.* Lead on candidate engagement and relationship management, effectively promoting the companies brand awareness, vision and values* Whilst conducting search and selection ensure that a robust assessment process is in place.
