The Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with internal stakeholders to drive recruitment initiatives, attract top talent, and support the achievement of business objectives.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, workforce planning requirements, and recruitment priorities.
- Develop and implement effective Talent Acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across all levels of the organisation.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, internal referrals, and talent pipelines.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with business goals and priorities.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Partner with HR team to develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the organisation's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Utilise recruitment metrics and data to track performance, analyse trends and optimise recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Talent Acquisition, and share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
