Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and divisional HRBP, the successful candidate will be joining a small but growing team in order to deliver the talent resource needed to fuel our continued growth and success. You’ll be responsible for working with stakeholders across the business in our Lettings front offices and in our Lettings Head office based in Richmond.

As an effective communicator, you will be entrusted with supporting the business with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, support managers in developing strong interview and candidate selection processes and ensure great relationships are built with both candidates and employees.

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role in building a skilled and diverse workforce that aligns with the Company’s values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Utilise various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals, to attract top talent.
  • Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success within the organisation.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive and personalised experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, enhancing the employer brand and reputation.
  • Present ideas and updates on recruitment to senior management
  • Create engaging and informative job descriptions and recruitment materials to highlight the company's values, benefits, and career opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to promote the company and establish connections with potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.


Key Skills

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
  • Previous experience of recruiting for Estate agents is highly desirable
  • The right attitude for this role is key. You will be naturally curious, confident in your knowledge and expertise, pragmatic and practical enough to adapt to the changing demands of a growing business
  • A confident networker: As an expert within your given discipline, you will build a strong knowledge of the industry and have the ability to understand where the ‘top candidates’ are based
  • Strong presentation skills: Have the ability to design high-level reports for Exec-Level team members, using accurate data
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Data-driven, ability to analyse complex data sets with a focus on continuous improvement of individual metrics and conversions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – Build relationships with various stakeholders across multiple locations, providing guidance and insights and becoming a trusted Business Partner
  • An autonomous, dynamic and results-orientated approach
  • Proven experience working with candidate testing tools i.e. psychometric and skills testing

 

Team Overview

This role is supporting the Residential Lettings team across the UK, including all roles in our Lettings Head office which has over 150 employees. You will be working alongside a Talent Coordinator and a wider Talent Acquisition team to deliver the best service to our internal colleagues and candidates.
