About the role:
Reporting into our our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be helping us drive our ambitious growth plans by partnering with teams such as commercial, operations, data and customer experience to support fast growth across the business and in achieving our goals for talent.
We’re a hardworking, honest, collaborative, and fun team who like to get stuck in and bring new ideas to the table to help us deliver big goals for scaling in 2024 and beyond.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the interview process end to end, providing the best candidate experience whilst keeping pace
- Coaching hiring managers on talent best practice
- Scheduling and leading on screening calls with candidates for UK business wide (non-tech) roles
- Leveraging various channels to source, identify and attract talented people for various seniority of roles
- Utilising data to measure success and report back to your team and wider business areas
- Working closely with the Talent Manager to implement great processes and practices fit for scaling
- Working closely with the people and talent team to improve our culture and employee experience
What we need from you:
- You have experience as an in-house talent advisor/ partner, identifying and sourcing top talent in a fast paced, high growth environment, with the agility to recruit across any area of the business.
- You know how to build great recruitment processes that analyse behaviours as well as technical competencies.
- You have the agility to change in direction quickly and are comfortable working with evolving processes.
- You’re a team player all the way. We get there together.
- You care about delivering a great experience for your internal customers and candidates alike.
- You have great communication skills and are able to adapt to your audience, educate and coach hiring managers at various levels of seniority
- You have an inquisitive mindset and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
- You get stuck in, have a positive attitude to work and up for the fun.
- You know your way around your systems including ATS's, LinkedIn recruiter and other sourcing tools.

The InPost process:
