Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist? Do you have a strong track record of direct sourcing and recruiting in either the Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / Medical / or Life Science markets?
We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work in partnership with our clients HR team, supporting and managing recruitment activities for a leading UK business. The TA Specialist will support multiple departments (commercial, corporate, manufacturing) driving full-cycle recruiting efforts from requirement definition through to offer negotiation and hire using Workday.
The successful candidate will be based at our client's Witney site, working 37.5 hours per week on an initial 12 month contract basis, likely to be extended or become a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Develop a complete understanding of each client business objectives and strategyConsult with hiring managers and Business HR to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed for each requisitionWork with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategy for each requirement, setting and manages expectationsIdentification and execution of appropriate sourcing medium to attract suitable candidates, in addition to fully utilising all internal resourcesChampioning introduction of and use of Social, Digital and Mobile media as recruitment toolsSource, screen and manage candidates throughout the process providing feedback at all stagesEnsure structured/competency based interview process is followed for each hiring requirement, running assessment centre' as and when requiredSalary negotiation and management of offer process ensuring contract issued in line with company procedureConduct reference checksCreating effective relationships with new and existing recruitment agencies, maintaining PSL to control recruitment costs, ensuring fixed terms and conditions are in placeEnsure ATS (Workday) is maintained providing reporting as and when requiredImplement and manage the company's Employee Referral PolicyIdentifies and resolves issues proactivelyWhere necessary Preparation of recruitment budget for each business comprising media strategy, referrals, recruitment agencies, recruitment fairs, websites, recruitment merchandising, social media, direct sourcing, etc. Experience & Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent preferredFluent English language skills are required, another language would be an assetStrong track record of direct sourcing, recruiting in the Healthcare / Life Sci / Medical marketsStrong assessment skills to assess candidate's business capabilities, technical background and key behavioursStrong skills in driving and owning the TA process ensure candidate and client management satisfactionSHL level A&B preferredProfessional, accountable, high energy and collaborative team playerStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high pressure and changing environmentProven track record with managing PSL suppliersCompetitive drive, strong work ethicMotivation to learn, grow and succeedAbility to build professional relations across all levels of the business, including business acumen with Senior Executives
