The Client
Specialising in the emerging market of Infectious diseases, our client has a large product area in HIV,Malaria and Hepatitis lateral flow testing. The biggest regions that they are working within are in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe.
The Project
After continued growth in 2023. Our client is looking to bring in a TA Specialist who will be supporting multiple departments (commercial, corporate, manufacturing) driving full recruitment cycles from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
Develop a complete understanding of each client business objectives and strategyConsult with hiring managers and Business HR to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed for each requisitionWork with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategy for each requirement, setting and manages expectationsIdentification and execution of appropriate sourcing medium to attract suitable candidates, in addition to fully utilising all internal resources.Championing introduction of and use of Social, Digital and Mobile media as recruitment tools.Source, screen and manage candidates throughout the process providing feedback at all stagesEnsure structured/competency based interview process is followed for each hiring requirement, running assessment centre' as and when required.Salary negotiation and management of the offer process ensures contracts are issued in line with company procedure.Conduct reference checksCreating effective relationships with new and existing recruitment agencies, maintaining PSL to control recruitment costs, ensuring fixed terms and conditions are in placeEnsure ATS (Workday) is maintained providing reporting as and when required.Implement and manage the company's Employee Referral PolicyIdentifies and resolves issues proactivelyWhere necessary Preparation of recruitment budget for each business comprising media strategy, referrals, recruitment agencies, recruitment fairs, websites, recruitment merchandising, social media, direct sourcing, etc. The Candidate
University degree or equivalentFluent English language skills are required, another language would be an assetStrong track record of direct sourcing, recruiting in the Healthcare market (min 5 years)Strong assessment skills to assess candidate's business capabilities, technical background and key behavioursStrong skills in driving and owning the TA process ensure candidate and client management satisfaction.SHL level A&B preferred.Professional, accountable, high energy and collaborative team playerStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high pressure and changing environmentProven track record with managing PSL suppliersCompetitive drive, strong work ethic.
