Location: Turriff

Pay Rate: £10.90 per hour plus mileage

Access to Vehicle Required: Yes, due to the geographical location of the role

Shifts Available: Joining a team covering a 24-hour care package, covering one 24-hour shift per week in addition to assisting with flexible shifts in our care packages where our rotas run from 7 am until 10 pm daily and we can discuss availability with each individual on application.

Job Description

What you’ll do

Our Support Workers are extraordinary people who help our clients to remain living in their own homes and more importantly, make them smile every day. You’ll support the client with living independently and achieving their goals in life, as well as outings with the client, personal care (bathing, showering, toileting, etc.), help with their medication, and practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

What you’ll need

You’ll need to be caring and compassionate, and a good listener. Experience working with learning disabilities is essential. A current member of the PVG scheme and registered with SSSC, or be prepared to register, is also required.
