Are you a fun-loving and motivated person who loves going the extra mile to improve the lives of others? Is it important for you to have a satisfying job where you feel supported? If this sounds like you, maybe a Support Worker role with an award-winning charity is the change you’ve been looking for! In this role, you will be supporting eight individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live independently in their own homes in Fraserburgh. The people we support are engaging, fun people who enjoy going out bowling, dancing, going to the movies and the pub, arts and crafts and spending time with others and you'll be supporting and enabling them to do all the things they would do on a day-to-day basis. The role of a Support Worker changes every day, but some of the areas you'll support with include personal care, household tasks (cooking and cleaning) and social support. You will receive full, paid training in this role so you'll learn everything you need to know with us. We can offer bank contracts and the shift patterns are generally: 9am - 9am (includes sleepover) 11am - 5pm
