As a Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require specialized care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to promote independence, dignity, and well-being among the service users in your care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- No Previous experience required. Full paid training will be given
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Empathy and patience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic IT skills and ability to maintain and record accurate records
- Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
