You will be supporting 2 individuals in their own bungalow that live next to each other.  They like to try new things in their community and have staff that have worked with them now for many years.  Laughter and happiness are the most important to them.  We need support that is flexible, reliable, to be positive and a good sense of humour.  Having a driving license is essential and they like going to different places living in such a rural location.  They enjoy arts and crafts, discos and dances, going shopping, caravan holidays, playing pool, cinema, watching darts and making jigsaws are a small selection of what they like to do.
 
You will be joining an award-winning charity, in an exciting role where you can transform someones life whilst transforming your own too!!  Whatever your background, there is a rewarding career in care for you - one where you can follow your passions and learn news skills too.   Due the the mobility of the people we support driving license is essential.
