We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Attraction Co-ordinator to join the People team at Leonardo on a fixed term basis for 12 mont. This role forms part of the Talent Attraction Team supporting the team across the UK. As a support to the wider team you will play a key role in ensuring we have an effective process which delivers a positive experieicne for candidiates and the hiring manager community.

What you’ll do as a Talent Attraction Co-ordinator

The Talent Attraction Co-ordinator will support the Talent Attraction team and business in executing a customer focused, efficient and proactive approach for key administrative and coordination activities, for the end to end recruitment cycle. Specifically, you will be responsible for ensuring all onboarding activities are executed efficiently, ensuring candidates receive a high quality experience.The role can be based anywhere in the UK although being within a distance of one of our UK locations to attend when required would be beneficial. Your activites will include:

  • Post offer acceptance, responsible for contacting and supporting candidates through clearance processes and any other information required up to and including their first day. Liaising with Occupational Health (OH) and Security where required, to resolve issues.

  • Liaise with Hiring Managers and candidates to agree and coordinate a suitable start date for new starters.

  • Responsible for updating and maintaining key data for headcount monitoring and monthly recruitment statistics.

  • Support the wider team by managing candidates in non-core processes, where applicable, such as sponsorship, employee referrals, relocation and additional benefits (PMI, Car Allowance). Ensure compliance is maintained with process and records to all that apply.

  • Activly contribute to ongoing continous improvement activites

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience of recruiting or supporting recruitment activities

  • Process management and optimisation

  • Strong customer focus

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Workday experience is desirable but not essential

  • Ability to work autonomously, equally comfortable working within a wider team
