Your Impact Matters:

Are you ready to take the stage in shaping the cultural heartbeat of Exmouth Pavilion? We are seeking an experienced Talent Booker and Event Programmer to drive the delivery of an exciting, diverse, and commercially successful programme of events and live entertainment. Collaborating closely with the Theatre Manager and Marketing Coordinator, you will spearhead the development of innovative opportunities that not only captivate audiences but also drive revenue growth. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in event management, visitor operations, or hospitality within the arts venue sector, coupled with a commercial mindset and a deep understanding of the live events and entertainment industry. Your ability to cultivate enduring and profitable relationships within the 'live' entertainment industry will be key to your success in this role.

What We're Looking For:

In this dynamic position, you will take the lead in proactively developing, negotiating, and delivering an exceptional Music, Entertainment, and Comedy programme at Exmouth Pavilion. Working alongside the Theatre General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of events while exceeding budgeted show targets. Your strategic planning prowess and 'out of the box' problem-solving skills will be instrumental in securing the best venue hire deals and fostering long-term contracts. Additionally, you will champion strong relationships with promoters, agents, managers, and stakeholders, elevating the profile of our venues within the industry. Your ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Operations, Box Office, and Marketing, will ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction. As a leader, you will also oversee the Box Office Team, leveraging your people management skills to motivate and coach for peak performance.
