Owing to expansion, we are looking to hire a Talent Consultant to work with one of our entrepreneurial teams.
The role:
Reporting to an Associate Director you will support their team to generate and exceed sales revenue targets. Responsible for the full candidate journey, you will source, match and place candidates with a range clients. In this busy role, you will be speaking with and meeting candidates, arranging job interviews and providing general support to the team.
We offer full training and a development plan to support your learning throughout your career. Training includes one to one coaching, e-learning and mentoring although a keen interest in self-development is a highly valued attribute.
About you:
This role is the first step towards developing a recruitment career where you can progress at pace. Recruitment is a fun and rewarding career. People who thrive in recruitment are those who can perform under pressure, work hard to achieve targets and demonstrate self motivation and confidence.
You are likely to be a recent graduate (or of graduate calibre) with around 12 months experience in a customer facing role which may have been part-time during studies. We’re looking for someone with high energy who is fearless and articulate. You’ll need a natural ability to engage confidently with a range of customers across all levels of seniority.
The package:
- £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
- Bonus scheme, up to £10,000 additional OTE
