Role Purpose
This role will be accountable for the design, development, and implementation of fit for purpose learning and development programs for our management and leadership teams to shape and grow our business. To ensure our current and next generation of business managers and leaders have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to drive excellence and continue to grow our talent to support the business.
What you will be doing
- Provide and deliver/facilitate engaging and modern management and leadership, learning andevelopment programs to ensure that our teams are equipped to identify, attract, retain, and grow our most important asset – our people.
- Work with the SVP Human Resources Europe to develop a talent management development plan against the annual talent review findings/recommendations.
- Build and deliver bespoke and broad reaching leadership learning and development plans.
- Work closely with the field operations and support function leadership teams, create a leadership and management learning needs analysis to determine that scale and scope of the learning & Development requirements within the business.
- Assist the European Senior Leadership Team with the annual talent review process

What we are looking for
- At least 5 years proven experience creating, developing, and delivering leadership development programmes at all levels.
- Proven experience in employee engagement, culture development or related roles.
- Ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Ensure the learning and development programs provide clear structure that promote and support the development of company career paths.
