As part of the Talent Development Partner role, you will be required to scope, plan, design, and build/deliver engaging and interactive workshops and/or eLearning experiences across a global audience on a wide range of leadership and personal development topics.
Key Deliverables:
- Design and delivery of high quality and engaging internal personal development workshops both face to face and virtually.
- Scoping, supplier liaison, implementation & management of cost-effective personal and professional training and development solutions
- Design, build and delivery of high quality and interactive eLearning solutions
- Proactive involvement in a range of communication activities which drive employee engagement and learning participation
- Maintenance and management of Workday Learning content, business processes and administration
- Identify key team performance metrics, collect relevant data/information and analyse results for continuous improvement
- Identification and proposal of continuous improvement solutions
Technical competencies, knowledge & experience:
Required
- Ability to apply knowledge of learning theory to create engaging blended learning experiences
- Confident designing & delivering interactive learning interventions face to face, virtually and via eLearning
- Highly organised & able to effectivity prioritise own workload, whilst coordinating multiple training activities
- Experienced in the use of an internal LMS (ideally Workday Learning) in the approval, enrolment and reporting of learning activities
- Experienced in the cost effective sourcing, coordination & liaison with international learning suppliers
- Up to date knowledge of the training industry and a dedication to providing high-quality and innovative development solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to influence at all levels
- Excellent MS Office skills (in particular Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Ideal
- Experience of animated video creation (Vyond) & eLearning instructional design (Articulate Rise & Storyline).
- CIPD L5 Certificate in L&D or HRM
- Understanding of training solutions and approaches for software development
