Salary: £23,088

What you'll be doing:

• Provide administration support across a range of activity
• Purchase order and invoice processing
• Scheduling instructor led classes and supporting delegate management
• Updating training records, certification, and licensing requirement on systems
• Apply focus on continuous improvement, looking for ways to improve our process and activities
• Provide clear and regular communication with service users
• Support the requirements of internal / external quality and compliance standards across both service activity and associated systems
• Ensure data is processed and managed in line with GDPR legislation and internal policies

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Highly organised
• Excellent stakeholder Communication skills
• Competent with Excel

The Talent & Learning Team:

The Talent & Learning Team is split into three sections, E-Learning, change & improvement and service delivery. This vacancy is for the service delivery section. The service delivery section manages the transactional activity across Learning, Purchasing, Performance and Development and is structured by task. The service delivery section currently has 26 Professionals, 3 Team Leaders and a Team Manager which is over 50% of Talent & Learning.
