Talent Management Director

Oakleaf Partnership has partnered with a large, international organisation who are looking to bring on board a Talent Management Director, initially on a 6 month contract initially
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, definition, and implementation of Talent Strategy at the Enterprise level, providing tools and coaching to the wider Leadership Structure on best practice for Talent Management
Duties:
- Take the lead on internal Talent management to include talent pooling, succession planning, and the identification of high-potential employees.
- Oversee the design of personal growth plans for high-potential employees.
- Lead on the transition to a digital system of tracking internal Talent Management.
Required experience:
- Extensive experience of working within Talent Management on succession planning, talent pooling and working with high potential employees.
- Experience working at Director level within a large, complex organisation.
