In this newly created role, working alongside an ambitious team of like-minded people, you will be reporting to the Talent and Operations Manager.
Key responsibilities;
- Working closely with the T&O Manager to ensure that all business needs are met
- Resourcing & tracking talent for the business, and arranging meetings with the Talent & Operations manager
- Sourcing CV’s, tracking and monitoring adverts, applications & referrals for consultants
- Logging and monitoring business equipment locations and usage
- CV formatting
- Monitoring of adverts posted to job boards & LinkedIn
- Compliance as and when required
- Supporting the tracking of business L&D requirements & induction processes
- Assisting with arrangement of company events
- HR & Marketing administration as and when required
- Ongoing support with systems management
- Office stationery & Office Equipment ordering
- Supporting facilities management
- Liaising with external suppliers in the absence of the Talent and Operations Manager
